Pornaistenniemi's accessible Luonnon syli nature trail is an easy one-kilometre ring trail. The nature trail circles through an alder grove and diverges to the edge of a reedbed. Along the nature trail, there is a play area, wooden seats, a picnic area, a birdwatching tower and a hide for observing birds. The birdwatching tower and hide are not accessible. There is a mirror at the base of the birdwatching tower that reflects the landscape of Vanhankaupunginlahti. The information boards of the wellbeing-themed nature trail contain texts and exercises written in the form of quatrain poems.
