Client councils and forums of service centres

Together with our employees, our client councils and forums act as the representatives of our clients in the planning and development of the operations of service centres.

In 2025, client councils and forums will be active at the following service centres: Kamppi, Kannelmäki, Kinapori, Kontula, Koskela, Kustaankartano, Munkkiniemi, Myllypuro, Pohjois-Haaga, Riistavuori, Roihuvuori, Syystie and Töölö.

Service centre residents contribute to the development of operations

Helsinki has 15 service centres operating as part of senior centers.  The service centers have client councils and client forums.

Client councils and forums play a crucial role in amplifying the voices of our clients, actively contributing proposals to enhance and develop our operations. The council members are selected from among individuals who show interest in our services and have registered for participation. Client forums are open to all clients.

Stay updated on the activities of our client councils and forums through memoranda, the service centres’ Facebook pages and the service centres’ bulletin boards.

Should you have an idea you would like to implement at a service centre, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We also encourage you to provide feedback on service centre operations, either through our website(Link leads to external service) or directly at our service centres. We appreciate your feedback!
