Ohjaamo is a service for 15-29-year-olds, which provides assistance in matters related to work, education and everyday life.

Ohjaamo is a service for young people aged 15-29 that provides information, support and assistance in finding a job and place to study, clarifying career choices, filling in forms, health, housing, well-being and finances, as well as tips for leisure time. The premises have computers and a printer available.

In the facility

  • The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
  • The customer service point has 2 consecutive steps, with handrails on left side when going up. The steps are marked with contrast stripes.
  • The customer service point has a steep ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on both sides.
  • The doors in the customer service point are hard to perceive.
  • The waiting room of the customer service point has no queue number system. The waiting room has chairs.
  • The customer service point has a toilet marked as accessible on the same floor. The toilet door cannot be easily opened and closed.
